Lots of skiffy
We had our regular Second Tuesday meetup tonight. We tried a new cafe (well, new to us – it’s actually been there for years), The Coffee House, which turned out to be a really good choice. The food was nice, they had a nice warm fire (which we managed to nab a table right next…
We're evacuating
Not because we’re in any danger, but to try and relieve some of the pressure on water, sewerage etc. They’ve asked for anyone who has somewhere else they can go for a few days to do so, so Dad texted us and offered to come up and pick us up and take us down to…

Meetup Report
Had our regular second-Tuesday-of-the-month meetup tonight. No lytteltonwitch, of course, because she’s in Australia on her way to the BC-AUS convention, but awhina and the kitten were there, and MrPloppy and me, of course, and Marcie130 turned up – she hasn’t been to a meetup for ages, so it was great to see her again….

That’s a lovely picture of him. I’m glad I got to see him one last time recently (and see him enjoying Thai food!).

I am so sorry for your loss
(((((hugs)))))
So sad to hear you have lost your beautiful boy. I had to go thru the same process with two of mine, both at 14 as well, one to diabetes, one to cancer. I’m grateful that my Dexter, at 14, is the picture of health despite being a little porkchop. I’m sure you have many sweet memories of Ming and it is nice that the roses will remind you of him. Take care.
