I have NOT got a cold

‘m trying very hard to ignore the headachey sniffliness which has been creeping up on me since yesterday afternoon, because I absolutely don’t have time to have a cold at the moment.  We’ve got our office Christmas party tonight, and there’s a tonne of stuff I want to get done this weekend, and three more Christmas functions in the next week (including one I’m hosting), plus a pile of stuff at work that I want to finish off before we shut down on the 19th.
So therefore I am declaring myself to be perfectly healthy and cold-free, no matter how much my immune system may have a differing opinion on the matter.
